Of course one character that is well known and well loved would actually be Mario from the Super Mario Brothers franchise. This new console boasts an all new Super Mario Land which can be played in 3d. The best part is that one would not need any special glasses or anything to see Mario jump around pipes and defeat a bunch of enemies in 3d.

Beside the very famous, there would also be the sword slinging, bomb throwing, high jumping Link from the very popular game The Legend of Zelda. The newest Zelda game for this platform is named A Link Between Two Worlds which is actually loosely based on A Link to the Past. However, the entire storyline is different and one would now be able to play as Link in 3d.

For the fans of the Pokemon franchise out there, now players may experience playing as a trainer from a first person point of view. This is the newest addition to the Pokemon franchise and is the first of its kind to make it in three dimensions. For those people who were wondering what it is like to see the Pokemon world from the point of view of a trainer, now is the chance to try.

Now one of the most well loved games for this console would be the tactical RPG known as Fire Emblem Awakening. Now this game is actually just like any other tactical RPG but with the exception that the characters can actually fall in love with each other and get married. Now one can make the characters get into a relationship which would actually help boost up their stats.

If one would like puzzles, then he would definitely like Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy as this game is filled with mind boggling puzzles. If one would play the older versions of the DS, then he would probably have come across the older Professor Layton games. It is quite like an RPG game that has a lot of brain teasers, puzzles, and places to explore.

For the kids who would own these new consoles, there would be child friendly games like Animal Crossing. This game is a game wherein one would create his own house, design the place that he is living in, and would own animals. This is great game for any age because it has very cute graphics and an enjoyable storyline.

So for those who have this new console, try to play a game or two from this list. Now although there are a lot out there in the market, these are the ones that got the best ratings. These are definitely recommended for those who enjoy playing.
