PC Temperature Gadgets and Software

Keeping your PC cool is a very important exercise to practice to keep your Computer performing to it's best then temperature gadgets and software will aid massively. I i put together some of the best open there  that i strongly recommend and if your a PC gamer then they are must haves for your system.

Ok so the first gadget i recommend is a fan speed controller this little gadget will allow you make instant changes to speed of the fans in your system and is mounted right into your computer in a cd bay.

This little gadget is dirt cheap and could stop your gaming system from going up in smoke. But it's very basic and you'll probably want something with a LCD which displays temperature and as fan controller then you should really take a look at this one.

This little beauty cost you a few pound more but comes packed with features.
The LCD display panel shows the temperature of CPU/HD/Sys with interactive colors.

OK lets move on to the software for monitoring temperature there are many out there that cost a pretty penny but is it really worth spending all that money when the free ones tdo exactly the same job if not even better.
I have used many of the different one on the market and i always go back to the ones that are free not because i don't want to pay for them it's because the free ones to feel more stable and easier too use.

Core Temp

Core Temp this little piece of free software will display your CPU temperature for all the cores of the Processor it will also display the temperature for each core in you system tray so you can minimize it and not need to check every 5 minutes with a quick glance you can see all the info you need.
